WORDS AS FRIENDS

"Today, remember that with one word, we can change the day or the life of someone else." [Kabbalah Centre]

What word will you choose to save the life of someone else? Someone dying and words flying around like sirens, words in an emergency, so many words in so many different languages, a Tower of Babel becoming your home, your home becoming a place of words, like treasures in a puzzle game, to choose the right word, to have the right letters and numbers at a Bingo game, a cross word puzzle, searching for words.

Yelling words at the deaf, wondering why the deaf yells back?

What word to choose? Loving-kindness, mercy, strength, wisdom, understanding, balance, beauty and on and on.

Listening for the right word, hearing bits and pieces, not exposing the wrong word, never meaning to say it, apologizing and being forgiven, wishing everyone could choose only the right words, words being knowledge, knowing secretive words, keeping it all to yourself, not spreading the wrong words, bridling your tongue, using a sacred word as a mind mantra, having letters of the Hebrew language to form holy words, singing and chanting words that bring calmness and peace.

Always speaking the best of all words possible. Words that heal. Words that take you upwards into the heavens, words that lullaby you to sleep, no more words, the peace of silence envelopes you and tomorrow will be another day of words, keeping a word on your shoulder to pat you on the back, loving the word LOVE and having the word love you back.

Knowing just the right word to say at the right time. Words that bond you to others. Words that split you apart. Using holy words to chant a prayer, G-d hearing your words and replying. The words that bring closure to a sentence, the words that keep you holding on till the next time.

The 50 words that are names for G-d, the word that is your name. A word that means everything to you. The word shalom as peace. A word that talks back, a word to listen to, a word that was never said. A word that unites the heavens with the Earth, a word that feeds the hungry, a word that has power, a word we let slip away.

Words as friends, always on the tip of your tongue, a helping word, a word that solves all problems. Remembering this word and making it your word of all words, a word like no other.

Saying a word and then saying nothing. Having an echo of that word etched into your memory to bring you all of the very best of everything. A mighty word, a word of an endless sentence.

No more words, all is said. Closing one's eyes and never saying another word. All being said that needs to be said.
