A DAILY MORNING WALK WITH THE DIVINE

Does someone love you? What can you do to love him back? If it is a human relationship then there are earthly choices you have to show him your love: give a gift, do an act of loving-kindness for him, listen to him, put your trust in him, give him an allotment of your time, treat him as though he is special to you, ask him about his daily activities, show an interest.

If it is G-d who you love and want to show Him that you love Him, you need to study His Torah, and to thank Him for all He has bestowed upon you, and to praise Him for His miraculous activities that were and are now. Sweetly singing to Him to show Him you love Him, whispering words to Him, reciting blessings, performing acts of ritual mitzvoth, respecting the Day of Rest of Shabbat, and closing Shabbat with a candle ceremony of the Havdalah.

Be in Him and with Him every step of the way. Feel His aura around you as you can feel all good things, to reject temptation and evil inclinations, to work for Him being His servant, to let others know of His goodness, to teach others, to enclose yourself in a tallit of protection around your shoulders, sticking only with the positive, excluding gossip and slander, bowing to the east and quietly moving in His space.

Any warmth and comfort that you feel on your skin is due to Him and His love for you, any good taste in your mouth is because He is guiding your words or keeping you in soothing silence.

If you ever have an itch, it is to remind you to keep Him in your thoughts and heart, to go back to the source of your creation, your Maker. Let an itch remind you to always follow His 613 commandments and to never betray Him or give Him up.

If you slip up, know it is human to error and to go back and return to Him for He will always forgive you and take you back in love. Give up false doctrine and call upon the Almighty G-d to again take you into His mighty arms and to continue your life here on Earth under His protection. Turn down all temptations and be in Him with Him and for Him.
