TO LOVE HONOR AND RESPECT YOURSELF

Sticking with a comforting covenant, an agreeable agreement, even if it is just an agreement that you make with yourself having no one else involved. To act accordingly within its limits and to earnestly try to overcome temptations that would break your covenant. Keeping on the straight and narrow, to not slip up, to not give in to addictions, to keep trying to do what is right, what will bring health and happiness as a long range goal and then reality.

To stay away from those people who encourage slip ups, to have an independent self support system of a purpose, focus, and intention to keep going on a path that leads forward to righteousness and strength. To increase the power of your "kavana" your reason to be. To know that just being alive is a goal and to stay alive, to be, to continue using one's strengths.

To work towards becoming holier, to have an improvement in one's skills and to have a pointed direction where the actualization of one's skills bring a benefit to one's environment and others who live in it, a self-actualization, a reason to stay alive and contribute to society.

To be there for yourself, and in doing so, being there for others who can take your actions as an example, to lead as you go forth solving your everyday problems so you can be there for others, and they see you leading and will follow and problems will become solved.

To give up self idolization and be humble and selfless, to give everything you have for the benefit of another human being. To follow through and not give up on your goals, and to not give up on them.

To have an expectation of yourself and to expect others to take what you have to give them, offering only the best of what you have and hoping they will take it.

To love, honor and respect. And this starts with loving, honoring and respecting yourself.
