AN APPRECIATION OF FOODS AND AN END TO WORLD HUNGER

Stomach discomfort, eating too much, not eating enough, ulcerated stomach lining, heart burn, reflux pains, indigestion, mixing milk with meat not waiting 4 hours, not fully fasting on a Jewish Fast Day, eating just to fill oneself, not eating for taste, stomach uneasiness, taking Probiotics, family history of bulimia, food allergies, eating large meals with no snacks in between, taking Mylanta, not eating enough greens, kosher meats with every meal, kosher dairy when there is no meat, eating yoghurt to balance the digestive juices, not wanting to eat but always having food, feeling hunger and being glad to be hungry, knowing where your next meal is coming from when others do not, always having a dessert.

Resting after meals instead of working, letting it all digest, not swimming after eating, watching so it is all kosher, not having a worry connected with food, eating just to eat, eating on-the-go, standing up when you are eating, over-eating, under-eating. Glad to be eating at all.

Not complaining about foods, not wanting more or wanting less. Eating to stay healthy, knowing there are those who are not eating at all.

Thankful to G-d before one eats and after one eats, singing blessings, glad to be getting foods, sharing the foods with others, hoping and praying for an end to world hunger.
